Mark Cravens, the Anti-Scam Doctor, has been in the real estate industry since 1986. He has been involved as a commercial real estate broker, commercial real estate appraiser, residential real estate appraiser, residential investor for rehabs, apartments, rezoning, office conversions and a subdivision developer.

He has operated a seven person real estate appraisal office in Tampa and currently owns and operates First Quality Properties, a real estate brokerage firm, in Lutz with a three person team.

He currently serves as a real estate consultant and oversees potential properties from initial analysis to ProFormas, including due diligence checklist items. He analyzes multiple retail, office, mixed use, residential, and townhouse projects to present to equity investors.

He is an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), E-Pro Internet Professional and real estate broker.
